2017 Rental Cleaning Guidelines

Cleaning supplies are found in storage closet, including mops, buckets and brooms.

Kitchenette:

  • Wash all counters off
  • Clean out sinks of any debris
  • Clear all items from refrigerators/coolers
  • Sweep floor
  • Mop floor of any spills
  • Empty all trash cans into dumpster
  • Place all wet/dirty towels in sink

Mathews:

Remove all decorations.

  • Sweep floor
  • Mop floor of any spills
  • Empty all trash cans into dumpster
  • All tables and chairs must be wiped clean.
  • Table and chairs are to be placed on the carts and placed in the Northwest corner of the building (do not block the doors)
  • Put all emptied and clean trash cans in front of kitchenette
  • All recycled cans taken with you

All Restrooms:

If any additional supplies are needed during an event, they can be found in the storage room in the hallway.

  • Wipe all counters off
  • Clean out sinks of any debris
  • Sweep floor/stalls
  • Mop floor of any spills
  • Empty all trash cans into dumpster, including personal trash cans in the women’s restrooms
  • If any additional supplies are needed during an event, they can be found in the storage room in the hallway.
  • All stools flushed
  • All faucets are shut off and not dripping.

Floral Hall:

If any additional supplies are needed during an event, they can be found in the Mathew’s storage room in the hallway.

  • Sweep floor
  • Mop floor of any spills
  • Empty all trash cans into dumpster
  • Table and chairs are to be placed on the carts and placed in the Northwest corner of Mathews (do not block the doors)
  • Make sure all the big doors are latched from the inside (where applicable) prior to locking the building.
  • All recycled cans taken with you

Grandstand Bathrooms:

  • Sweep floor
  • Empty all trash cans into dumpster

Outdoor Buildings/Arenas:

  • All recycled cans taken with you
  • Clean up ALL surrounding areas.  
    • Livestock includes: bedding, manure, other debris/trash

Remove all decorations.

Pick up all outdoor signage and trash.

Make sure all lights and ceiling fans are off and all doors are locked.

Return key. (Failure to do so will result in non-reimbursement of the deposit.)
