2021 Fair Camping


It’s that time of year again to register for camping at the 2021 Cedar County Fair! 

Please complete the online application.  You will be notified once your application is completed and processed, if you have been awarded a camp spot. (Just because you complete an application does not guarantee a camp spot.) 

Returning campers will be given first rights to return.  Returning camping requests need to be in by May 1st.

All new applications will go on a wait list and contacted after May 15th regarding openings.

Campers can be set up on the grounds AFTER NOON on Sunday, July 11th, 2021. (Please NOT BEFORE NOON, if you come before noon you will need to wait. If you choose not to wait, you will be put on the waitlist the following year.) This reservation is from Sunday July 11th until Sunday July 18th, 2021.  Please DO NOT turn on your air conditioners until you are staying on the grounds. On Sunday, July 18th of the fair, all campers must wait until after 3 pm to leave the fairgrounds.  We request that the South Gate be used when leaving the grounds. Please review our privacy policy and camping refund policy at www.thecedarcountyfair.com, under camping and rentals.  Also, as a camper at the Cedar County Fairgrounds, we shall hold each other harmless from all damages to the Premises arising from fire or other casualty occasioned by the act, negligence, or fault of or omission of the other party. Non-Fair (Non- Darkside Events)

Campsites are available for any event occurring at the Cedar County Fairgrounds. This includes grove rentals (Mathews Building & Floral Hall) and horse shows. Camping will be $20.00 per night or $50.00 for the grove rental (Thursday thru Sunday) This includes electrical and water.
