2018 Rental Cleaning Guidelines
Cleaning supplies are found in storage closet, including mops, buckets and brooms.
Kitchenette:

- Wash all counters off

- Clean out sinks of any debris

- Clear all items from refrigerators/coolers

- Sweep floor
-
- Mop floor of any spills
-
- Empty all trash cans into dumpster
- Place all wet/dirty towels in sink
Mathews:
Remove all decorations.

- Sweep floor
-
- Mop floor of any spills
-
- Empty all trash cans into dumpster

- All tables and chairs must be wiped clean.

- Table and chairs are to be placed on the carts and placed in the Northwest corner of the building (do not block the doors)

- Put all emptied and clean trash cans in front of kitchenette
- All recycled cans taken with you
All Restrooms:
If any additional supplies are needed during an event, they can be found in the storage room in the hallway.

- Wipe all counters off

- Mop floor of any spills

- Empty all trash cans into dumpster, including personal trash cans in the women’s restrooms

- If any additional supplies are needed during an event, they can be found in the storage room in the hallway.

- All stools flushed
- All faucets are shut off and not dripping.
Floral Hall:
If any additional supplies are needed during an event, they can be found in the Mathew’s storage room in the hallway.

- Sweep floor

- Mop floor of any spills

- Empty all trash cans into dumpster

- Table and chairs are to be placed on the carts and placed in the Northwest corner of Mathews (do not block the doors)

- Make sure all the big doors are latched from the inside (where applicable) prior to locking the building.
- All recycled cans taken with you
Grandstand Bathrooms:
-
- Sweep floor
- Empty all trash cans into dumpster
Outdoor Buildings/Arenas:
-
- All recycled cans taken with you
- Clean up ALL surrounding areas.
- Livestock includes: bedding, manure, other debris/trash
